Fire Rated Panels
PIR and Mineral Woll cored insulation panels are most commonly selected composite panels when a fire resistant wall and ceilings are required. Both core materials have been rigorously tested by the Building Research Board (BRE) and FM Global. To ensure the products that are LPCB and FM approved will perform as expected, providing protection to property minimising the risk of potential loss.
Installation
To achieve the specific fire rating the insulation panels have to be installed to meet the same criteria using specific fixing details and appropriate materials to ensure the fire wall/barrier is not compromised in the event of a fire.
Central Insulations dedicated team will qualify all fire rated installation with certification of installation conformity being issued by the selected insulation panel manufacturer.
