Central Insulations Ltd can provide a wide range of doors to suit all temperature requirements, ranging from 40°C to -35°C.
> Sliding Doors
Insulated and Sealed: For use in temperature controlled environments. Rubber seals on all four sides of the door are compressed when the door is closed to prevent any leakage.
Frame: The frame consists of an anodised aluminium, which is predrilled with fixing holes and supplied with 35mm cover plugs. heater tapes for freezer frames are fitted on site under an integral capping. A third leg is provided for doors with a clear opening wider than 2500mm.
Track: Fermod 3000 series track fitted to frame head. Hanger brackets and rollers are fitter to the blade. A guide rail is fitted to the bottom of the blade, and two floor guides are supplied with Hilti bolts in the fixing kit.
Furniture: A wide range of Fermod furniture is available to suit all door size thickness and weights depending on application.
Gasket: Double Fermod 35mm soft rubber gasket seal between blade and frame. Double Fermod 35mm sweeper gasket to base of blade.
Application: Widespread use in food process factories, distribution centres, coldstores, freezers and cleanrooms: with operating temperature from 40°C down to -35°C. N.B. If the outside is an area of high humidity there may be some condensation on chilled doors unless heaters are fitted.
Stainless Steel: Various stainless stell frames and door furniture are available upon request.
