Central Insulations Ltd can provide a wide range of doors to suit all temperature requirements, ranging from 40°C to -35°C.

Door Leafs: Door leafs are manufactured using a laminated panel with a choice of an insulated core of PIR or mineral wool. White foodsafe PVC coated galvanised steel both faces. The leaf edges are capped in an anodised aluminium channel section to provide protection and prolong the life of the door. There is a wide range of colour options for the door leafs to colour c0-ordinate with any existing or new building.
Frames: Frames are manufactured using a two part anodized aluminium section, which incorporates an L shaped architrave so no further finishing to the opening is required. The sections are adjustable to suit panel thickness from 50mm to 150mm, this provides a quick and easy installation. The frame is complete with an integral neoprene rubber gasket seal.
Fixed frames are manufactured in a single solid anodized aluminium section suitable for installation between brickwork and steel work. The frame is complete with an integral neoprene rubber gasket seal.
Furniture: Heavy-duty stainless steel lift off hinges would be used. A wide range of door furniture can be used to suit any application ranging from mortise latch and lever handles, to electronic swipe card system.
Options: All doors are custom made to order providing a wide range of flexible options to suit all requirements: -
- Wide range of sizes available to suite existing openings
- Double doors, single and double swing, fire escape doors and fire rated door
- Fixed frame suitable for fixing between brickwork
- Different finishes to leaf face, stainless steel GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) uPVC
- Vision panels are available in glass or un breakable polycarbonate
