Central Insulations - Case Studies

Case Studies
Specification, design & build, to suit all applications, for all controlled environments
Fish Factory, Scotland
A new state of the art Fish Factory was constructed for a key player in Scotland’s food industry. Central Insulations won the contract for the complete insulation package from concept through to construction of their new fish factory.
This £1.4 million project involved the construction of a new building to stringent high standards specifically for retail fish products.
The build was undertaken to the highest specification and compliance to strict hygiene requirements. The 21,368 m2 factory provided the latest in innovative production facilities enabling increased productivity and turnover.
State of the Art Materials
This project involved the use of high specification modern materials. The factory was constructed with both PIR cored and Rockwood cored composite wall and ceiling panels. Stainless steel was used extensively for both walls and doors resulting in a high quality hygiene finish. Specific areas of the fish factory were designed and constructed to a two hour fire rating, including doors, to meet the stringent Scottish local authority regulations
and requirements.
Turnkey Project
Central Insulations were involved in this project from the early planning stages of development to the final handover. This is another Turnkey project which Central Insulations has successfully completed.
